NedBank - Improved amount accuracy
Standard Bank - uses correct amounts instead of balance on some transactions.
FNB - Missing duplicate transactions
Reworked File structure so that stand alone Fee transactions on the without_fees carry over to the amounts column instead of displaying 0.
FNB - fixed missing first page transactions on some statements.
